Quick action by Puerto Vallarta Municipal Police led to the arrest of a man who had just robbed a grocery store in the Cañadas neighborhood.
Officers responded immediately after receiving a report of a robbery in progress. Upon arriving in the area, they gathered a description of the suspect and launched a coordinated search operation. Moments later, the alleged thief was located and detained, and the stolen goods were successfully recovered.
The suspect was turned over to the Public Ministry, which will determine his legal status.
Authorities highlighted that, in recent days, increased coordination and rapid police response have resulted in several arrests related to theft, helping to strengthen security in neighborhoods across Puerto Vallarta.
