Jalisco residents without coverage from institutions like IMSS, ISSSTE, PEMEX, SEDENA, or SEMAR can now access a comprehensive and free healthcare program through Seguro Salud Jalisco, also known as Jalisco-Style Medical Insurance.
This state-backed initiative guarantees no-cost medical care—from routine checkups and preventive services to specialized treatments—for anyone living in Jalisco who isn’t already affiliated with another public health system.
To enroll, residents simply need to present their CURP, official ID (INE), and a recent proof of address. Registration can be completed online or at mobile units and participating health centers across the state. Participants receive a digital or physical credential to access services.
