Through his social networks, Jalisco Governor Enrique Alfaro Ramírez announced that the first vaccines against Convid-19 will arrive in Jalisco between January 12th and 18th.

There are expected to be 32,175 doses.

He added that a second shipment with 26,325 doses is expected between January 19th and 25th, and a third shipment of 23,400 doses between February 26th and February 1st.

He said that these doses will be to cover the health personnel of public and private institutions.

He said, “We will continue to insist on including teachers as a priority in order to advance the effort to return to face-to-face classes.

“It is evident that this is only a first step. The effort that will have to be made to vaccinate the entire population is still enormous. We will be attentive to the programming that is made for the next phase,” he concluded.
