The Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office has charged Edgar Eser ‘L’ with committing fraud
against a couple whom he tried to deprive of two properties through a fake deed transfer, which occurred in 2020.
As reported by the agency through a press release, Edgar carried out the fake transfer
through public deeds of a homestead and a lot located in the Fraccionamiento Fluvial in Puerto Vallarta in August 2020.
The real owner of both properties died in May of that year, months before this fraud was
carried out.
There is another accusation against Edgar for allegedly assaulting and threatening the
residents of one of the houses on the properties in question, whom he tried to evict or he would appropriate their property.
Edgar was given a year in preventive detention.
